Carnival in Greece - Gaitanaki

When i arrived in Greece it was Carnival time!
I had the chance to attend a very nice tarditional dance they call "Gaitanaki". It is a pole with colorful ribbons that held in the center of the dance. The male and female dancers alternately holding the ribbons dancing in the opposite direction knitting ribbons. Then, changing the direction of dance loosened.
